this is WCAM 3 , not 2P . yes most of the time i have seen it being hauled by WCAM 2 towards pune . in reverse direction it get WCAM 3.
In your pic it is WCAM 3

Technical halts are not a part of the time table as they are considered not relevant to the passengers information & are for railways own internal use. If a halt is published then railways has to stick to the schedule meaning the train cannot leave before its 'scheduled departure'. Even Duronto Expresses do not publish halts. As soon as the purpose for the halt is over .i.e. Loco Pilot change, pick up of refreshments etc,the train is clear to leave. That cannot happen if it is a commercial halt. In any case, tickets to/from a technical halt station cannot be booked.

This is a personal observation. I spotted a WCAM 2P at Pune Junction in the livery of WCAM3 so one has to be careful & not rely on paint schemes for loco identification.
Another area where i needed help : How do i upload images that are not related to any current discussion.
