I am not talking about initial glitches. These things which are not so much necessary will most probably be damaged in a few months and the maintenance department wont bother repairing it.
In the LHB coaches of Rajdhani, the toilets have electronic water dispensers but most of them dont work anymore and have been replaced by manual taps.
The Occupied/Vacant displays in the coaches for toilets are also mostly damaged.

Good that they have introduced Light Display panels, good during night time!
