if pnr remains in rac after chart preparation, it is given half berth in side lower,,but here it is given in lower seat. strange na?

For 2A regular Lower Berth is given for RAC... instead of side lower berths. In Side Lower they can give only 2 RAC, but in regular LB can accommodate 4 RAC.
Since there is no middle seat in 2A, lower and side lower are more or less the same. Hence, they may be using this arrangement to increase the RAC allocation.
