Grievance Description

Dear Sir Madam, My grievance is with consistent late running of Jharkhand Swarna Jayanti Express (via Barkakana) 12874 and 12873 between ALD-ANVT and vice versa. This train was introduced so as to benifit the people of Jharkhand because those time we did not have the likes of Garib Rath Rajdhanis and the Sampark krantis. We had the iconic Muri express which used to take lot of time so this train was introduced and later made Super fast for faster connection to delhi. The point of concern is that since over 1 year the late running of this train between ANVT-ALD is very dissapointing. There has not been a day this train reaches CNB-ALD on time even if it departs right time from ANVT. The same is the case with the other side. Even if it reaches ALD-CNB on time it never reaches ANVT at its scheduled time. This train does not have any stop between ANVT-CNB and still it is the most neglected. This train is normally shunted here and there to give clearance to other trains. When this train does not have any stop till CNB and if it is ahead then it should be first cleared. Because of consistent late running it has also lost it patronage. Passengers only opt for this train when they absolutely dont have other options to explore. With due respect i request the concerned authority to look into this and run it on time. Late running consistently over 3 hours is a punishment for the passengers and Indian Railways does not symbolises that. Passengers should be given a environment and service for Safe, On time happy journey. Thank You Warm Regards Vilok Nandan
