may be he is referring to the no of commuters using 16315/16 fm Kuppam!!!
I remember tht this some 8th time KPN people have met SBC DRM for stoppage of this train.....on an averagely for every 2 to 3 months we people r meeting DRM but no response fm SBC side.....
Its (based on SBC-KCVL Exp patronage at Kuppam) ir-revelant for the analysis of the train SBC-TPTY-SBC ICE stoppage at Kuppam(KPN). Again we/ people /commuters of Kuppam has to meet the next higher authority . Dont know why railway authority is not supporting for the stoppage at KPN for this ICE train day time express. Dont know which Rule / Policy of SWR / indainrailways is binding their hands , such that not to move forward on the request of Stoppage of the train at kuppam.
