Timings are pretty @ KTAR. The arrival should have been delayed keeping the chilly climate in mind.
Departure at NDLS should have been shifted to adjust the arrival at KTAR.
or else the timings should have been like 22462.
However, from JAT - KATRA section, the mps is moderate and a good amount of slack is given from UHP - KTAR.
