For one of my tickets for which I filed a TDR in the Month of March 2013. I did not pursue the journey. I received an email saying, 'No Remark in charting '. And hence TDR is not approved.
How am I responsible if TTE has not marked it on the chart ? The station authorities are also not authorizing the travel as not commenced, since it was e-tkt.
What other proofs can we submit to claim the refund ?

Ooh Reply for TDR for Month of March 2013 given now!!!!Send a mail back to them which they would have provided in your reply that you didn't take up the journey & ask them to provide proof that you did travel.
I drafted the email in the same way as suggested by you. Just waiting to see if anyone had any such experience in the past where they successfully tackled this down.
