The chart preparation for this train should be 15 min early ... they are making chart of this train i guess before 1 hour .What if anyone wants to take ticket 15 min before train departure ?

There is so called Current Booking counter in every station. So if any train has any vacancy even after charting then u can book the tickets from the current booking counter in that particular train.
actually it has been ages since i took any ticket from ticket counter
