gnwl--> general waitng list
pqwl-->pooled qouta waiting list
rlwl--->remote locatiom waitng list
1)gnwl qouta is mostly for end to end pax stn whre more seats avl to them
2)pqwl and rlwl qouta is for intermediatstns...

resevation tkt types while booking at differnt qouta to get cnf berth
wl-->rac--->cnf for gnwl qouta
wl or cnf for pqwl qouta
wl-->rac---> cnf for rlwl qouta
3)rlwl chart is prepared at big jtn , for example mas-bbs exp
from orginating stn mas if train leaves even then chat is not prepared for bza,
chart will be prepared at bza .
