Appreciate it but cant be compared. Rani Chennamma is SBC-Kolhapur. Both big cities and it has good patronage too.

Also, till BLS, it GNWL quota. Thats sheer rubbish. They could have reduced the gnwl quota and distribute among other quotas a bit more fairly.
