For today October 3, 2013... at 11:00 AM... for 12961... tatkal has WL9 and general quota has RAC106... Hillarious!!
nothing new in that most tatakl tkts might have been booked by intermediate stn people becaz of less qouta
so intermediate stn are forced to book tatakl
intermediate station people should do cost analysis (i.e. tatkal upto their destination or general till trains destination) and book accordingly.
