Hello
I am trying to cancel my ticket for the PNR 6223805974 from today 2 PM but not able to cancel it every time IRCTC gives the message "Unable to retrieve due to communication failure".
Train is 13019 Bagh Express
From Bareily (BE) to Rudrapur (RUPC)

Yes you need to wait upto the chart preparation time (Generally 4 hours before) at your boarding point. After chart preparation you can try with cancel through file TDR process from your IRCTC Account if you booked the ticket through your IRCTC account.
