For 31st Oct -2013 , Diwali festival travel , will new AC2 tier bogie be added in
Pune - Nagpur SF Express/12135 train , I have got 9 WL , so just wanted to know how Railways sell ticket , based on capacity or based on predictive load and increase in coach.

When waiting list exceeds 300 or more .. extra coaches get added mostly depends on the availability.
