Yes, via. Latur, Akola is very good route.
Tri-weekly SF express can be run on Solapur and Nagpur using this route.

As Hubali-Secunderabad is tri-weekly, it will not be having RSA with LTT-Hubali Express. Both are having different rakes.

NGP-SC-SUR train can be on remaining 4 days of the week with same timings of 12771/12772 which will be operated by CR. Even if it operates via purna-latur route it has to share revenue with SCR. Better to connect other stations in CR like GUR, GR, WADI to NGP by shortest possible route. The concept was initiated in my following post.
