Is it possible to get the Telescopic fare benefit from A to D via B and C (2 changes - provided all the conditions are satisfied)..?
if yes, how..? i mean, in PRS reservation slip we have only one changing train detail space as onward journey.. C to D, how we have to fill..? :)

Please elucidate on the KM restriction. I haven't come across any such rule so far.
When the 1st train is cancelled, one can claim refund and it will accordingly (train cancelled) be treated for refund.
If train 2nd or 3rd is cancelled, one will be at loss and shall be able to cancel only normally (without taking into account cancellation of subsequent train).
Partial cancellation and / or change of train shall not (is not being) permitted in such cases.

1. Your entire trip will stand cancelled.
2. Total distance - Distance already traveled. You wont be eligible for complete refund but against the remaining distance.
You can replace the same. Read the preponement/postponement clause in the official website.

For every 500 kms distance traveled, you would be entitled for a halt for 2 days excluding the date of arrival and the date of departure.
