02110 re-scheduled today by 1h 20 min to start from NZM at 17:10..

I suspect that 02109 was running late.. Till now there is no valid reason for NR to reschedule the return train by 1 hour 20 min.. Only reason I find is 02109 running late by 2 hr. Or more..

in the same blog you have given reference above suggests that train reached late 30 minutes at nzm. so how can you say that wcr has to do something with this delay.
