:) No, Have not travelled in this train. But, Really, It does not look like this train has got much importance. Its more like a fast passenger on this route. I agree that it is difficult to get something during a 1-2 min halt. I was assuming the local vendors would travel in this train for some distance (Quality debatable, I admit :) , but even the pantry food is not free from complains ) . But yeah...Many imp long distance trains do not have a PC. Hence, I do not think this train would be considered for attaching a PC.

first of all long route travellers does not prefer this train they will do the break journey instead of taking this train and short passengers are always bring along their food due to its punctuality at every station :-)
