Have never seen earlier such detailed instructions for Catering Services.
Pros:- Service, Quality, Variety is going to improve.
Cons: Catering Charges are going to increase.
The best thing: No EGG for Duronto - Sleeper.. :-)

A great comprehensive circular, hoping that all zonal railways implement and adhere to it strictly to premier trains. The same guidelines should be implemented for regular Mail / Exp trains. Also heartening to see emphasis being laid on usage of branded items of national repute.
I presume, slowly this would be made applicable for all the trains.
