Sub:- How Railway can increase Revenue in Passenger ticket Reservation .

As soon as Tatkal quota full the system has to run the ticket allotment immediately. this will help passenger to know their status of reservation.This will also help passenger to book ticket between which station seats are vacant & this available seats list is also displayed on separate tab under train no wise.

Your thoughts makes some sense. There has to be some mechanism to avoid last minute chaos for passengers. Regarding a point you raised about corruption in allotment of seats by TTE, I have a suggestion. Last time I visited Ratlam Jn I saw charts being displayed on a screen and this thought came to my mind. Why cant we give all the TTE a Ipad like gadget connected with IR server and charts being E-Charts. Now when a passenger do not come up, TTE has to update through this gadget that say berth S1-44 has not appeared. Only once updated by TTE, TDR for S1-44 can be accepted. The momment he updates it a sms would come to RAC1 and RAC 2 passengers about there new seats. Like RAC 1 will get S1-44 and RAC-2 can retain the side lower.
