Take permission of TTE before boarding the train.. If all 5 tickets are booked together TTE may allow.. Since, the ticket does not get cancelled automatically if booked online, only if all 5 tickets are booked together..
If the ticket of 5th passenger is booked seperately then he is NOT allowed to travel in Rajdhani train if ended in WL.

No not allowed as per Rules...Check with TTE if he agrees the WL passenger can travel.
If he does not allow, Get a certificate for one passenger not travelled, and file TDR to get Refund.

I think Partially waitlisited passenger is allowed to travel with permission from TTE but still hopping for proper answer from senior member.
