That could have been on 12th this is 13th...On 13th SC-BBS Visakha is running till VSKP only.

Due to “Phailin” Cyclonic Conditions prevailingin East Coast region, Train No. 17016 Secunderabad – Bhubaneswar Visakha Express scheduled to depart Secunderabad at 17 00 hrs today i.e., 13thOctober, 2013 (Sunday) is partially cancelled between Visakhapatnam and Bhubaneswar.
