Finally Logged in to IRCTC during Tatkal Hours after 2 years. So here's the easy way to book Tatkal Ticket and Normal Ticket whenever we are unable to Login to IRCTC:
Step 1: GO to air.irctc.co.in
Step 2: Enter your User ID and Password by clicking on Sign In.
Step 3: You also have the option of saving Password if you want faster login....

I said in the begining that all bookings are done by same IRCTC servers. It is just an access change. It can not increase speed. I tried 3 times and it was very slow as normal IRCTC web site.
not working. taking same time to respond. trying at 10:20 am now
Not working.... I am trying to book... but at time of Payment site has crashed.... Message shown _ WEBPAGE NOT AVAILABLE_....
