how much amount will be refunded for cancellation of 3AC ticket

Ninety per person plus service tax plus IRCTC and Bank charges (if applicable) will be deducted. This if it is a CONFIRMED ticket.
Thirty per person plus service tax plus IRCTC and Bank charges (if applicable) will be deducted if it is a WAITLISTED/RAC ticket.
PS: This one doesn't depend on when you cancel it. As long as the status stays in WL/RAC, the same amount will be deducted (before chart preparation).

Clerical Charges & Cancellation charges are completly different former is applicable for RAC/WL tickets where as later is applicable for CNF tickets.
You will be deducted clearical charges Rs.30/- per passenger..If you ticket is E-Ticket IRCTC Charges+Bank charges will also be deducted if you cancel now.
