sir plz help me that i have booked wrongly an e-ticket of tatkal kota twice same passenger in which i lost my ammount . plz tell me how can i get my 100% amount of one confirmed ticket back.

Tatkal confirmed tickets you are not eligible for refund if cancelled within 24 hrs of departure of train-if it is greater than 24 hrs you can get 25% refund after deduction of tatkal charges
