I am a regular traveller of Indian Railways. I would like to bring something to your notice, which I have been trying to bring to the notice of Railway Board as well as North Central Railways (Allahabad Division). Since, there is no Railway minister from Bihar, some of the premier trains of Bihar have been targetted intentionally and constantly delayed by halting it at outer of Allahabad for hours. train I am talking about is 12394 Sampoorna Kranti Express. It was this train that we were not given a duranto for Patna., whereas everyone else got a duranto running. They said it runs non-stop and can be considered as Duranto. But where is the priority of a Duranto. This I have brought to notice of railway board several times since the beginning of this year but Railway board has not taken a single step to improve the situation. My question is, Is it not the responsibility to ensure the timely run of train when the fares are constantly increased and passengers are made to suffer. These railway zones were created for the benefit of passengers, but since I can see they have been politically motivated and are waging war against each other and the ultimate sufferer is the common passenger, who pays the fares. Sir, I request you to take control, before people break down and do something silly. Which will not be in the interest of railways as well as passengers. Considering the delays I have cancelled my ticket for 25th Oct in this train. My pnr number was 2722108113. Thank you sir. And I hope that t not be disappointed by Railway. Which is now becoming a home of excuses.
