Hello,
I have a reservation in Punjab Mail from Firozpur (starts 21:30 hrs), but Boarding point is Bhopal (next day 1730 hrs).
If I have to cancel this reservation, the refund rules timing (48 hrs/6hrs) will apply from Firozpur or from Bhopal?
Which station departure time will be considered for reservation cancellation?

If both falls under same quota, then it should be Firozpur, else it's Bhopal (or the beginning station of the quota under which Bhopal falls).
