Hi, I'm unable to cancel the ticket I booked for train 12840 on 25th oct from chennai as the train is delayed by more than 13 hours. When cancelling, even though chart is not prepared, it says chart is prepared and asks me to file TDR. When I tried to file TDR, it says chart is not yet prepared. What should I do now? IRCTC sucks

i don think u cn cancle the tkt as the charting may hv bn done at originating station itself. anyways, u cn fil TDR upto 2 hrs after original departure. also, u can send an immediate mail to irctc with your registered id and they will cancle it for u in case the chart is nt prepared.
