Lacking of Facilities at Vashi Station(Mumbai).
Hi,
There is total mess in Vashi railway station. Apart from 8 ticket window only three are functioning. Resulting, long queue during the peak hours as well as in afternoon. Ticket coupons are also not available at any of Ticket window. When I complain about this to Station Master, he informed me to give written complain. When i asked from him to provide complain book, he said he don’t have.

from this, there is ladies special train at 5.42 pm in the evening from Vashi to Thane. But only at Vashi station railway authority is announcing about this. After that, from next station onwards it becomes general train because there are no announcements like this. But at Vashi RPF/GRP forcefully vacating train & reserving for ladies. If it is ladies train then railway has to comply its order on all station. Apart from this in between 5.24 pm to 6.00pm there is no general train from Vashi to Thane. Resulting, waist of time as well as huge crowd in the train. Hope this complain will reach to appropriate person or authority with the help of your forum.
