Can any body tell me that,
If a ticket is booked from internet. and the ticket is not confirmed it is in waiting list, will ticket be cancelled automatically after the time of departure of the train? and the money will credit in my account.
or other wise I have to cancel personally?

Yes, E tkts are cancelled automatically if it were to remain in WL.
yes if your ticket was not conform than it cancel automatically
if all passenger in e tkt remains in WL after charting it will b auto canceled and d amount wil b refunded into d a/c in about 3 - 4 working days.. in case partial CNF of etkt, it WILL NOT be auto canceled, need to get certificate from TTE and send to IRCTC NDLS to get refund
