No Joshua . Boarding a Rajdhani with an unreserved general tkt , even if it for the appropriate class with S/F charges , is not PERMISSIBLE. Source : TTE on board 22691 SBC-NZM Rajdhani on 15th Oct , after he had encountered such a case in my bogie and treated that as a case of TICKETLESS TRAVEL .
