Members please help me in planning my trip to Cuddalore on 05/11/2013. Since there is no other direct train from Mumbai on other days, finding it difficult. Pondicherry is about 30 Kms & Chennai is about 180Km but don't want to travel 180 Km by bus. Is there any direct train to Pondicherry on 05/011/2013 or 06/11/2013 from Mumbai.

16351/Mumbai CST-Nagercoil Balaji Express on 05/11/2013. You can get down at VM Villupuram Junction. It is 38 km from Pondicherry.
take 11028 from CST to MAS and U can reach MS by Auto and take 16853 Trichy express to cuddalore directly.Only problem slag time is 4 hours.U can manage it
board DR-MS SF exp alight at MS and then board 16175 kamban exp it will arrive approximately 3'0 clock at cuddalore NT(tirupadripuliyur)
