This station is now having many express trains and a very important stoppage between Kota and Bina. This city is having multi-religion culture with total peace and harmony amongst people.
The town is a famous grain mandi of MP and 1000s of Wagons are transpoted from here to allover India carrying famous MP wheat SHARWATI'
During crop season Railways earn good money with this wheat transport. We all know FAMOUS MP WHEAT and IT TASTES GREAT.

Poor villagers eat garam garam dal roti alu ki savji for RS. 20. ( 5 roti, dal, savji chaval) just in Rs. 20 on the station road bhojnalayas
There is a famous item called moongfali dana and Utti halwai ka kalakand. I used to buy these items for parsad during my childhood in 1970s
Churme ka laddu 01 pieace Rs. 10. Desi Ghee, Bati (Ate ka laddu jo gobar ke kando ya uplo pe pakaya jata hai aur jo bihar ki Litti jaisa hota hai) ka churma, sugar, dry fruits kaju, badam, kishmish, mava mila ke CHURMA KA LADDOO banate hain 01 piece ka keval Rs. 10 aur 50 gm ke lagbhag hota hai.
dosto yehan ki ek khas baat sab dharmo ke tyohar sab mil ker manate hain. dikhave ke kiye nahi asliay mein.
