All GN coaches were jam packed and still many can be seen on gates :

Return can be like 20:00 hrs from TPTY, YPR at 4:00 leave by 4:30 and reach SMET by 10AM
CC can be like this:SL-8,3AC-2,2AC-1,GN-6,SLR-2 totalling to 21 coaches...with halts @ Pakala,Chittoor,Katpadi,Gudiyattam, Ambur,Vaniyambadi,Jolarpettai, Kuppam,Bangarapet,Whitefield, KRpuram,Banaswadi,Yesvantpur,Tumkur, Tiptur,Arsikere,Birur,Tarikere, Bhadravathi,Shimoga H & Shimoga town...
Quite possible- it can take off the load from this pass to some extent and cal also serve as an alternate intercity for Bangalore-smet strech
Local MPs fm Shimoga/ Arsikere or KTK CM has to takeup this issue with RM Kharge then it will be definitely possible as RM is on full swing when it comes to SWR/Karnataka!!!
