When the TT gets announced only 20 hrs advance, Very less people will undertake the journey.
SER authorities were having a spare Falaknuma rake since the last 3-4 days and they could have announced it atleast another day in advance.

railway ko big loss hota hoga aisa rake transfer karne me .. thodi acchi preparation karne se yeh bhi useful train ban sakti thi ..kafi log hai is route me travel krne vale
