I want to retrieve old pnr as i recieved an email from irctc stating my tdr has been rejected due out of cancellation period. I checked my booked history but dint find anything. Checked filed tdr history but just shows pnr, transaction id, status but no journey details. How can i know which ticket was it as i dont remember? Can anyone help? Called irctc but no one's answering the phone.
Just click on the radio(circle like) button, for the transaction/pnr you want to check the journey details of TDR, after selecting the appropriate Radio button, you click on Check Status. You'll get Whole details of the ticket
