CR officer's said that due to technical failure in the AC Coach CR has detached 1 AC Chair Car Coach from Mumbai itself and added one Second Class Chair Class coach.

SR once replaced a 2A coach with sleeper..............but this seems astoishing....CR doesnt hv a spare CC coach ? Something smells fishy here
That too at CSTM - Headquarters which is supposed to be the control point of coaches for its own division trains!!
It is OK to replace AC Chair Car with Jan Shatabdi AC Chair Car.
But replacing AC Chair Car with Second Class Seating in the season of Diwali is not good at all.
Very inconvenience for passenger's traveling in that coach.
