Travelled on 23rd OCt 2013 from Pune to Ahmedabad. our coach was A1 (2nd Ac) but it was so old and in pathetic condition. Even cooling was not enough. Complained several times but no action.
you could have done/can do the following-
1 lodged a written complaint with suggestion/complaint book available with the guard
2 sent a sms to 9717630982 onboard...
3 still lodge a complaint at pgportal...
