TATA Steel Express - Second Sitting sasta bhi, sabse achha bhi - Ravi Raj

Last Tuesday, I went to NZM Station to pick up my mother who is coming from VSKP.I reached the station at about 5:00 PM and rushed to ticket counter to get the PF Ticket. Surprisingly, PF tickets are not being sold in that station from any of the counters.I took a chance and went to the PF to recieve my mother as the train reached 5 minutes in advance to the station.As we are coming out of the station from Sarai Kale Khan Exit, there are 3 TTEs eagerly waiting to check tickets of passengers(particularly PF tickets).I told them that they were not selling tickets , so only i have to get into station without PF tickets.He was least concerned about my explanation and taking his receipt book to charge me an amount of Rs.260 for being on Platform without PF ticket.As I tried to convince him, he asked me to...

I wonder how these people are robbing normal citizens..
Firtsly, they dont sell PF tickets
Then, they simply charge some amount without any receipt.
I guess these people would be getting a very handful of amount everyday in the similar fashion.
