If a train is diverted and the is not touching the destination then why they keep the ticket active after charting ? Why dont they cancel it ?
Is it because someone can travel to some other station in that ticket ? In this case I had a booking till CTC and train was diverted between KZJ and KGP. So travelling to KGP and then coming to CTC does not make sense ??
And Fare to KGP would be higher too, so the ticket ideally is not valid, aint it ?
