thn if the train is capable to maintain its average speed by adding 2 coach's, thn y dnt thy make it regular as the train is always full

Because in non-peak season the demand may not be more and if coaches go vacant then ultimately it will be loss to railways.. If railways feel that the demand is high throughout the year, they may allot extra coaches...
They are augmenting this train with One 3AC Permanently from 24-11-2013
