No brother, the total no of platform is not one in Haldia. If you look carefully in one of the 8 pics, (which have been uploaded), you will be able to see there is one more, the length of which is much short (See the pic in which the headlight of the EMU is visible). Probably it can accommodate a 9 coach EMU. So, basically Haldia has 2 (two) platforms. (And I am not telling this info based on those pics only. I myself have been there at Haldia station many times).
