I think aishe 3-4 corridor hai jahan 130 tak ka mps hai.

high speed to thik he par jo trains normal speed se chal rahi he unhe ontime chala de wo hi badi bat hogi
If each Indian train starts attaining such mps, then nothing would be required from foreign countries.. Now, I can say IR is really increasing its speed limits.. Be it slowly and steadily :)
