i think they must replace lhb coaches for permanent trains first which ate in miserable condition and near to write off. priorities may be as follows :-

17 SL Coaches looks way too much moreover CR is running the train with their number also PC is present in locked state, Lets see if possible i will check out the train today... :)
Firstly they should replace Kalka Mail's coaches which are as old as made of 92.
with more and more agressive TT. GKP-BSB should be made double and electrified. having very low mps and too much crossing. in my last week travel intercity (gkp-muv) reaches 2 hrs late..
