How long will it take generally to get a reply from PG portal ?

Depends. I had raised a grievance once and got respnse within 3 weeks and in some cases its been almost 2 months but still no response. In any case it will be set of standar responses like : (1)train cannot be started due to operational constraints. (2) Your suggestion is noted for necessary action etc etc.
