Can anybody tell me whether one can getdown at BBS(Bhubaneswar Station) by this train ,eventhough one will buy tkt upto HWH

yes u can...but it isnt a wise thing to get down at BBS buying a full ticket upto yeswantpur.
Train is not hospital where doctor takes such statement from patients.
it is common practice of most of TTEs that after checking all tickets their favorite coach is AC class.who cares for SL passenger afterward?
