rnc - hwh sthtb should be the 1st one ...from last 14-15 yrs it is running on icf..
fm 14 years running with ICF then def LHB should be allotted to RNC sthbd...

Sir, why are you posting "regional" comments??? What do you mean by "North Lives while south dies".
It shudnt be difficult to remember as only SR train with full LHB is MYS Shatabdi :-)
