NZM-SBC Rajdhani coaches derailed and slammed into MGR colony in Okalipuram, Bangalore. According to sources the driver did not wait for the signal and kept on reversing the coaches which result in derailment of at least 3 coaches. However the driver said that he could not see the stop signal.
