The need for 3rd Rajdhani can be fulfilled by making LTT-NZM daily
If all Duronto's are dissolved then BCT/PUNE Super AC trains to Delhi will be very good, BCT-NDLS can only take BVI-BRC-KOTA stoppage & PUNE-NZM can take KYN-BSR-BRC-KOTA stoppage with bit of speedup and frequency increase to 4 days & LHB as already mentioned by you
GOA Definitely needs a Rajdhani...
