does this mean there is high chance for a person to have the WL ticket confirmed? I have a ticket as WL18 for travel from ERN to HYB on 28 Dec 2013. Please reply...
4 express trains - 1 extra coach each = 4 extra coaches. how total no. of berths will be 15600?
