DR-PDY exp has a unique quota allocation YPR/KJM comes under GQ. But YPR-PDY comes under RL.RL easily goes into WL forcing many passengers to drop out i.e they don't book on seeing huge WL. But the berths are vacated at YPR/KJM and are easily available. Its high time that Quotas are adjusted to suit the need
